Maeve Christina Mary Sherlock, Baroness Sherlock OBE (born 10 November 1960) is a Labour Party life peer who was the chief executive of the Refugee Council, a charity supporting refugees and asylum seekers in the UK, between August 2003 and October 2006.
Mr. Hardwick allows Alem to stay for a few days and on the final day he brings in the Refugee Council who send Alem to a children's home.
It was initially formed by a group of refugees in Leeds who despite their refugeeship entered into humanitarian voluntary actions like with organisations like Refugee Council, Leeds Noborder and other refugee endeavours.
