CAPPS or CAPPS I (Computer-Assisted Passenger Prescreening System), a U.S. airport security program
The Capps Amendment was a provision sponsored in the House by Rep. Lois Capps and included in America's Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009 (H.R. 3200).
In December 1915, Capps and the city council hired a rainmaker, who guaranteed rain and wouldn't charge if it didn't rain, Charley Hatfield.
"Hell Is for Children" is a song written and composed by Pat Benatar, guitarist Neil Giraldo and bass player Roger Capps.
Capps then represented the 41st House District, which includes portions of the Town of Apex, Town of Cary, City of Raleigh, and the entire Town of Morrisville.
Even after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, Capps continued to make appearances at conventions as Nightveil until 2007, her last appearance at Visioncon in Springfield, Missouri.
In 1981, Capps started working for Apple on the Lisa project and he continued his work on the Macintosh, principally writing the Finder (along with Bruce Horn) and Macintosh system utilities—such as ResEdit.
Subsequent legislation by Congresswoman Capps has mandated the presence of AEDs in public places.
